How the Order Process Works

1. Send us your details

To begin the order process, you are required to fill in the form on the left hand side. Please ensure that the details provided are entirely accurate.

2. Arranging payment

Once we have successfully received your details, we will contact you shortly thereafter to arrange a payment for your report

3. Arrange suitable time to visit property

Once your payment is complete, we will arrange a suitable time for a surveyor to visit the property and carry out the survey.

4. Peace of mind

We work in conjuction with Shepherds Chartered Surveyors and Ross Professional Chartered Surveyors. Once a qualified surveyor have inspected your property, they will produce a fully compliant certificate for your property within 48 hours.
